Professional Scrum Master IITM

The Professional Scrum Master IITM (PSM II) is an Advanced Scrum Master training that supports experienced Scrum Masters in their professional journey. The training, through a combination of instruction and facilitated exercises, addresses the challenges faced by Scrum Masters and explores how the principles and values of Scrum can help navigate those situations.

All training sessions can also be conducted in-house. In addition to certified training, I also offer customized training and workshops. These are often in-depth sessions covering topics such as "Scaling," "Product Backlog Management," or Stakeholder Management.
